Frequently Asked Questions
How long does each sketch take?
It depends on the style and number of people in the sketch:
* Basic Half-Body Portraits → about 30 seconds to 1 minute each.
* AI-Prompted / Advanced Portraits → usually 1–2 minutes each, since they include more detail and creativity.
Can I customize sketches for my brand/event?
Yes! We can add in custom AI-promoted background themes, logos, and even customize the take-home paper drawing with your brand info on it.
How many guests can we accommodate?
Because we can enable multiple bots to run at once, we’re able to keep the line moving and easily handle large parties—even events with 500 to 1,000 guests!
What does your setup include?
For each event, we'll come prepared with a table, tablecloth, lights, bots, a laptop, and an iPad. The number of bots we bring may vary on the type and size of event, but you can expect either 1 - 3 bots. All we require from you is a working electrical outlet within 10ft of where you want us to set up.
How much space do you need for setup?
We typically require a small booth-sized space with access to power. Exact space requirements will be shared before the event.
What do the AI-prompting capabilities do?
Unlike a traditional photo booth that simply snaps a picture, the Draw Bot uses AI to transform your photo into a personalized sketch in real time. This means every guest gets a unique, artistic keepsake instead of just another snapshot. Add backgrounds, or turn your sketch into any version of yourself you can imagine.
Do you have any add-on's?
No. Our pricing is all-inclusive, so we'll never limit you on how many sketches, bots, or sketch styles you can include.
What is the required deposit?
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining amount will be due 2 weeks before your event date.
